 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it without providing any reason.

Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support immediately.

 Return Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of nutraceutical and wellness products, we do not accept returns after delivery except in the following situations:

* The product received is damaged.
* The product is defective.
* The wrong product was delivered.
* The product seal was broken before delivery.
* The product was expired or leaked at the time of delivery.

Products returned for reasons other than those mentioned above will not be accepted.

 Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, leaked, or expired product, you may request a replacement.

To be eligible:

* The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
* Clear photos and an unboxing video must be shared with our support team.
* The product should be unused.
* Original packaging must be retained.

Replacement requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

After verification by our Quality Team, an eligible replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost.

 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

* Order cancelled before dispatch.
* Replacement product is unavailable.
* Order cannot be fulfilled by Hannon Wellness LLP.
* Duplicate payment made by the customer.
* Refund approved after internal verification.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

* Opened products
* Used products
* Products without original packaging
* Products damaged due to customer misuse
* Products purchased during clearance or special promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)

 Damaged or Incorrect Shipment

If your parcel appears damaged during delivery:

* Take clear photographs before opening.
* Record an unboxing video.
* Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to provide the required proof may result in rejection of the claim.

Customers are requested to:

* Provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
* Provide a valid mobile number.
* Inspect the parcel immediately upon delivery.
* Report any issue within 24 hours.
